Terms of Service – Start Up Products

Through our Services, you are invited to make use of the F Startup Gender Balance Toolkit as a commitment to fostering gender balance and equality in your technology teams and leadership. In order to use this Toolkit, you will need to accept these terms of the Project F Startup Toolkit Agreement.

Subject to these Terms and your acceptance of the Project F Startup Toolkit Agreement, Project F grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable license to use the Project F Startup logo, (the “Project F Startup Mark”), solely on your website to indicate you have committed to use the Project F Gender Balance Startup Toolkit in your business. Project F may terminate your right to use the Project F Startup Mark at any time for any reason or no reason at all. Upon request by Project F at any time throughout the term of these Terms, you shall

(a) promptly furnish to Project F samples of your use of the Project F Startup Mark; and

(b) permit Project F to inspect your website on which the Project F Startup Mark is used. You will use the Project F Startup Mark with an appropriate legend, in exactly in the form provided. You will not, and will not assist any third party to, at any time:

(i) take any action inconsistent with Project F’s ownership of the Project F Startup Mark, or the validity thereof;

(ii) attempt to obtain any rights any trademark, service mark, trade name, trade dress, logo, URL or other intellectual property right, that is confusingly similar to or dilutive of, or that employs any part of the Project F Startup Mark; or

(iii) take any action detrimental to the goodwill or reputation of Project F or the Project F Startup Mark, including by using the Project F Startup Mark in any manner that will damage, disparage, tarnish, or denigrate Project F or its affiliates or the Project F Startup Mark, or other marks, designations or names of Project F or its affiliates.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that these Terms convey to you no right, title or interest in or to the Project F Startup Mark other than that which is expressly set out in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that Project F is the exclusive owner of the Project F Startup Mark and of all goodwill related thereto, that all rights to the Project F Startup Mark shall at all times remain vested in Project F, and that all use of the Project F Startup Mark by you and all goodwill derived therefrom shall inure solely to the benefit of Project F.
