Tech interview process


  1. Initial video call with an Immutable recruiter who will explain the company, culture and role and will get to know you , your motivations and experience
  2. Hiring Manager interview covering engineering principles, values, behavioural and customer focus.
  3. Technical Interview - a 90-minute panel interview with engineering team members, covering System Design, User Experience, Code Quality and Technical Strategy.
  4. Final interview - meet with an exec of senior leader to talk through your career, successes and learnings
